Whiteline Differential Lock Bolts. Anybody Tried them?

I'm wondering if anybody here has tried these yet? What are your opinions on these? 31 bucks + shipping.

"This kit is designed to lock the rear-subframe on the Impreza, WRX, STI and some Legacy models. Locking the subframe limits the amount of movement under hard cornering, thus improving handling."
