I may be off base....my apologies in advance if I am....but usually the scenario is:

Fast Car +
Poor Driving =

Wrecked Car

Hope your cousin is OK.

HK's road are uber hazardous. Don't expect to walk away injury free from an accident in HK... that ain't going to happen.

 

that guy is pretty talented to get between those poles and the wall like that.

how are the roads hazardous? from bad drivers or like the pavement?

 

It's a combination. The roads are narrow, steep, and many of them don't have much safety signs. It's not open roads like here in Hawaii... when you hit, you hit concrete or like the car in the picture.

Plus the cars in HK are all JDM specs... which means much less safety features.

This guy is lucky. I see pictures of wrecks in HK... the cars are usually in pieces and so are the drivers...
