i like bench racing...where guys race with their imagination...

because i KNOW that my toyota echo with aem intake (50hp), exhaust (50hp), and reprogrammed chip (75hp) add up to 175hp (at the wheels)...and it has these super sticky nitto tires on it...

this echo setup can out run your lingenfelter Z06 in the 1/4, auto-x, oval, road course, and even rally races...

i'd half to say it's a tie between wrc and moto gp.

wrc, because i find it bad *** that they can find a way to race on conditions on ice, mud, next to cliffs, with elephants running along side of them (WRC-African Safari ), and with their hoods popped up...oh, and i have a slight crush on sebastian loeb (i don't just watch it for the subaru drivers you know )

moto gp, because hey, it's extremely high speed motorcycle racing...who doesn't like that?

Yeah, Erin thinks Loeb is hot too. Just another reason for me to hate him and the French.

I'm thinking about diving into go-karts or sprints/midgets when I get back to the states.

Dude that ain't nothin'. My 1995 Balistic Baby Blue 1.6l Sentra makes AT LEAST 720hp to the crankshaft. I got high performance goodyear 800 treadwear tires and a K&N panel filter, what you saying? I eat STi's all day. Oh yeah on the subject, Sean better not come to me with his new G35, he better come with twin turbos if he want to even READ my "I love Kaneohe" bumper sticker or the " Save Tibet" window sticker. :P

But Id really love to race in the Japan races where they race the old Skylines with the huge wide rims and tires and massive oil cooler on the bumper. What class is that. anyone know? Those old Skylines rock!

She's also a big fan of Orlando Bloom. I hate Legolas with a passion.

I mean, at least Loeb is a MAN. He drives race cars in the dirt and gravel! All Bloom does is prance around in tights, shooting a bow and arrow and falling off of horses with pointy ears. Blech.

Since I don't have cable I don't watch much racing. From my limited racing that I've done, my favorite is rally-style. Although tarmac stuff is REALLY great, there is something about watching trees, rocks, water, etc. flying by in directions that production car designers never intended. The thrill of knowing that one misstep could lead to a crushed wagon and a long walk back home... I'll let you know how PPIHC went after I go up the hill to watch it in June.
