What's your favorite type of racing?

I'd have to go with the stock answer of rally racing, although it doesn't really jibe well with my fantasy world. I can't even see myself being good enough to rally in my dreams.

I really enjoy watching touring car stuff, too, although I find it hard to sit still long enough to watch much of anything. I'm glad I got the digital cable recorder box.

WRC, hands down! Followed closely by Australian V8 Supercars and then F1.

anything LEGAL is my choice

I went to a nascar race in Fontana once, I will never go back.

But WRC is the most exciting to watch because they are all on public roads.

I like the tarmac type track racing, such as Speedvision GT championships and so forth. Production based cars going head to head. Rally drivers IMO are probably the most ballzy drivers but the one at a time action doesn't do it for me as much. Now side by side rally racing would be the shiz.

Touring car racing by far is my favorite, followed closely by WRC, and F1 racing all are really good. The best racing is seeing it live that is great went to Daytona 500 with dad one year camped in the in field for three or four days can't remember was too drunk to remember anything but was fun....

WRC fo'sure!! I love watching it and playing it on PS2. BTW, Petter is ripping it up in Wales right now, he won all stages today. With three more stages tomorrow hope he brings home the drivers championship.

Rally then Aussie V8. Hard call, but love the loss of traction and unpredictability of rally. Course I dont get to watch either without digi. Grr...

you want legal racing... go with speed limit racing. Your at the light and as soon as it turns green 1st on to hit the speed limit wins (35mph,25,etc...) so theres no speeding involved cause your not breaking the speed limit.

Thumbs up

Petters done it, the drivers championship is his! Makinen finishes third, he was wearing gold racing boots to commemorate his final drive before retirement. For all you digital guys, it's on at 04:00 pm this afternoon, reapeating at 08:00 pm tonight ( it runs for 2 hours); got to tape it for sure!

the only problem with that is a cop can fine you for wreckless driving. it has happened to my friend. from a redlight he dropped his clutch alittle too hard in his CRX causing his tires spun out and a cop heard that and walla ticket.
