Hakone, Yanagi, Sasabune are what come off the top of my head.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm a hardcore traditionalist. These recommendations are based off quality of nigiri, not jiveass rolls.

Sushimon all you can eat in vegas.
Hawaii? I just go to whatever is close, I'm not too picky. If you want the belt style (like genki) go to Kuru Kuru, not real fancy, but better than genki.

mitch's is super good! the lobster miso soup is bomb. and/or the shrimp head miso soup. but its only if you like sashimi style. but its ****ing expensive

Anyone tried Furusato on kalakaua?
I thought it was ok, but not one of those "exclusive" places.

+1 for kunio at waikele. I go to Oahu a couple times a year to visit family and it seems like we always go to kunio at least three times in a week. The prices are good and the sushi and everything else is really tasty. The only bad thing is they don't take reservations so there's almost always a wait to be seated.

Just went to Yohei last week... rather expensive, kinda on the same level as Sasabune, but good stuff. I'd like to try Mitch's next.
Since I can't afford to eat like ^ very often... it's usually kuru kuru for me & once in awhile Kabuki.
