Yeah, I'm thinking the spool wouldn't be bad but the kick wouldn't be as great as it could be.

Power Enterprises Japan's website has some very interesting turbos. A 20 and a 22 sized impeller side with everything from 22 up to 25 compressor. They're like $2200 or so and that's without shipping (from Japan).

 

For $700 and because he doesn't seem too familiar with turbos, it did get my attention.
