I don't think I've ever had a worry-free install.
Some of you may remember the up-pipe debacle. Dan and Sean helped me out with the Exhaust thing. My Unichip/EMI adapter didn't pan out so well, either. Now it was the brakes.
I put on my new (used, but new for me) calipers today. I almost didn't.
First problem happened because Nino at Nino's Auto Accesories forgot to put the Perrin brackt bolts and flat washers into the shipment. That required trip to the hardware store #1. Then one of my stock brake lines got stripped and it almost didn't come off. Trip to the hardware store #2.
Many thanks to mario for hooking a brother up and saving the day on the brake line. I owe you, big time.
In the end, everything is cool. I've got awesome DBA rotors, and a touch of bling with the calipers. If anyone is interested in a whole set of stock WRX rotors/pads/calipers, let me know. The pads are Porterfield R4-S's and have about 60% left on them. I'll resurface the rotors before I sell them. Make me an offer if you're interested.
No pics. my digicam transfer cable is in MN.

Everything except fluid. You'll need to buy your own fluid. However it does include:
1. ALL BOLTS
2. Brackets (Left and Right)
3. Calipers (Left and Right)
4. Porterfield R4-S brake pads with ~60% life (1 track day and some spirited driving--Left and Right)
5. Stock WRX Rotors that will be resurfaced (They need it--Left and Right)
What kind of car are you driving?
PM me or email me.

edit: This is only for the fronts.

I know how feel. I was missing a few parts on my turbo and also, I've fumbled a few of the installs I did, but at least I am more experienced and that I won't make the same mistake again.

I did some research and sent you an email... actually 2 of them. Let me know what you think. I live in Mililani and have a pretty liberal schedule for the next few weeks. (This means that if you have to have me drive down in the middle of the day and miss work, I can do it.

Those brake lines can be a *****! They strip WAY too easily... Vise-grips are your friend at that point! Just be careful not to pinch a nail - that sucker'll fall right off after a week or two.
