Help: Need to find a good shop (installation mainly and tuner) in SE Michigan!!!
Hi everyone,
I really need to find a good place to get work done on my 03 WRX. I am planning on buying brake pads and some other things and need to get them installed asap. I live out by Novi/Farmington, but am willing to drive a bit in order to find a good shop that knows Subarus, how to do a good job, and hopefully is not too expensive (cause we all are watching our cashflow, aren't we?).
Any suggestions and personal experiences are greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Supafast77
PS If anyone has there own garage or whatnot, I could even help out and do it with you, I just don't have the time or space to do it myself and am new to working on Subies.

Might want to check these guys out.... Have been looking myself in the area and they are about the only respectable looking ones I have found. They are in Troy.

If either of you guys make in to Payn, I'd love to hear what you guys think of them. I'm in the Grand Rapids area, but I would like to do some tuning, so far that's the only place I've found with a AWD dyno who's doig ECUTEK in MI. Like I said if you get over there your thoughts would be cool. Thanks in advance.

Well after much debate and given the level of mods I plan to implement, I have decided on a Cobb Accessport. However, I will be talking to them about running on their Dyno and if they have any plans to create specific maps for me on the Accessport. Probably will not be until well into January as I will be in Australia for 2 weeks here shortly. Will let you know though.....
