what do ppls mistake or ask about ur car???
a guy at a gas station asked me why i would "soup" up my slow azz volvo. i asked him if he's ever seen a blue volvo before, cuz i have never seen it in world rally blue.
Usually people think it's a WRX - today I walked into the office and this guy was like "that's a rockin WRX" and I said "not really." When I first got here, I pulled in a 76 station and this young guy ran out and was like "WHOA IS THAT A JDM STI?" I said "no it's a USDM GM6." I did still have the German plate on the front tho.

yesterday, a 2005/2006 yellow Mustang GT all decked out (lowered, exhaust)...stopped by the Stereo shop I was at...took a look at my car and smiled...he asked the question above...and said, "yeah, man...those things are fast...got my butt spanked by one the other day and my GT puts out 350hp)...heh heh, well I smiled back...
He says he is going the twin turbo route on this GT...if he can keep the rubber on the pavement...should be pretty fast...
The other phrase I get is:
"What kind of car is that?" My car is debadged...

A Toyota Dealer in San Jose asked me if my Celica was a Fiat when I pulled onto the lot a few years back... I got out, walked around and pointed at the TOYOTA CELICA badge on the trunk.

my favorite was when a older guy asked if my car had a v8.i guess because of the boxer rumble.than when i told him it was a flat-4,he looked at me kinda wierd.tahn came the explantion of the whole boxer layout.

Not a thing but i waiting. I have alot of comebacks for most questions people might ask. The Legacy just doesnt stand out like the WRX or STi. I guess in a way that is is a good thing.
