i hate explaining that my color was only made in '03 and that it was a limited edition color....

 

Not too many inquiries as to what it is, just a lot of gawking. Although, there was one teenager who called it an Evo, just politely corrected him and stated that it was a Subaru.

 

addition to "suzuki", they think my car brand is 'momo' in regards to my wheel.

 

One time a kid asked if this was "the twin turbo car" and asked me to do a burnout.

 

yeah I really like the idea that my car color and body style (05 sti CGM) was for that year only and it makes it some what rare!!

 

yeah sometimes they ask if that hood scoop works which i simply reply "yeah I just suck a few small children in it this morning"

 

everyone thinks i'm runnin a RS with a hood scoop cause i left my Impreza badge on the trunk but debadged everything else.....lots of civics rev their engines next to me thinking its an RS

 

yeah....get all of those..the best are when you get hit on by the GFs of guys drivin Lancers...be it an Evo or OZ....now THAT is comedy.... LOL

When people ask me about gas milage and price of the car they always end up asking why I didn't just get something like a Camry or Accord. Also, I get asked if the car comes with scissor doors. When I say no, people lose interest. I don't think people realize exactly what this car is made for and what it's capable of....

 

I get "why'd you get a subaru? those things suck!" and "what the hell happened to Alexis?" I'm sure some people get "Whered the scoop go?" and "why doesnt your door pull all the way out?"

 

my friends know what type of car i have...but say our cars 04-05s look like a KIA...damn how insulting

 

When I got my safety check the attendant asked me if I drift because he saw that my tires were worn from auto-x/track days.
