Car Info: 2004 Subaru STI/WRX Silver of course
I've used Mobil 1 from the first oil change in both my Subies I use Quaker State High mileage in the wives car because it has 90k..And please for GOD's sake use the search button your two posts are closely related you could have just combined them both..

There was an independent test done on synthetic motor oils. The one that came out on top, in terms of least wear, was Amsoil. Now if only I could find that link.
