How many miles you got on the ODO? i'd say it's just broken in. Mine sounds like a Diesel Bus. anyway, don't worry too much.

**update**
I just picked up my car from Vakamon.....Ryan checked out my ride and the good news is that my turbo is OK......woo hoo!!! everything else on the car is OK as well.....He did find that my down pipe was loose, so he tighten that down, but still the car makes that noise.......He ordered some new gaskets for both my up-pipe and down-pipe and hopefully that will solved the noise problum........much mahaloz to Ryan at Vakamon....I'll see you next week for the gaskets
Whatup Haole-pino-
That fluttering noise might be due to the wastegate pre-load not being strong enough to compensate for the loss of backpressure from the downpipe and exhaust. I had the same problem (stock turbo, up, dp, 3" catback). What I did was tighten the wastegate arm by two full turns. Try one turn first to see if it helps. If you need help on how to do that you can check on scoobymods they have a detailed thread with pictures on how to adjust the arm. Watch out though, if you tighten it too much you'll get boost spiking.

Thanks to evryone who gave there input on what the problum could be, and on how to slove it......I took my car down to Vakamon yesterday and had all my gaskets changed on my uppipe and downpipe......One of the gaskets blew out, and thats what caused the noise....Ryan went over the turbo, and everything check out.....so thanks again everyone, and a BIG mahaloz to Ryan.....
