I"m putting in a deck, i-pod adapter, door speakers with cross overs. and box with two tens and a amp. So anybody know any good shops to go to. Thought about doing it myself to.

I say do it yourself but if I was to trust someone to do my stuff it would be Kaliko at the waipahu Nu Image. He is a personal friend of mine and he knows what he is doing.

Not cheap.....ok, likely the most expensive.....but you get what you pay for. Earl is what most would consider old school.....his work and reputation speaks for itself.
If money is a big concern you should go ahead and do it yourself. Fitting speakers in the doors are usually the most difficult part, make sure you buy the proper spacers or be prepared to make them. There's a ton of room under suby seats for amps, crossovers, etc and cable routing is pretty easy.

Well now I found out my A/C is screwed so I need to spend time and money on fixing that. I guess I'll try to install the stereo system myself. thanks for the advice.
