just wanted to update...... looks like it may get reversed on the ruling of salvage ttitle since my car does not have susp and fram damge only cost more to fix. this will be awesome!!! cross your fingers!!

Woohoo! I just ot of the phone and my car is NOT a total loss!!!! no salvage title for me woohoo!! i win after 2 months of fightin my insurance company
