Anyone down for some weekend photography? I need to test out some lenses.

So far my idea for location would be the Honolulu Zoo and/or other spots. Everyone down?

 

When are you thinking? I just picked up my car last week so it's still pretty clean.

 

GAH, I want to, but I work both days, especially Sunday (Mother's Day + restaurant = FAIL for me).

 

Jon, as long as it's after 4pm on Friday I think I should be good... I'm not sure about Saturday though

I think some of you are misunderstanding. I believe we want this as a photographers meet, as he said we may do the zoo and such. I dont think we're planning on shooting cars.

That being said, still wish I could make it.

I know it's kinda difficult since it's Mother's Day weekend. For those who want to shoot cars, I'm not exactly a photographer that's great in shooting cars. For that, leave that to the other guys here. They are much better than I am.

Since Jon just got his new camera, figured this weekend may be a good time for him to get used to it since it's a complete different animal compared to the original 5D. I'm free mostly Friday night, all day Saturday, then late afternoon Sunday. You guys can probably figure out the time and place too if you want.

 

Come out to the meet! I know I'll defiantly be there. I'm sure Jon, Walt, and other photo guys will be there as well. I wish I could say we should do something before, but I have to take my mom out to dinner.

 

Jon you definitely need to come out to the meet since we're out in Kaneohe.. I'm sure we can find some interesting things at night to shoot.
