Dave, I don't know the name of the park, but if your downtown and head to the postoffice, you know by the h1 on-ramp, take a left and go up about 3 or 4 blocks, take another left and it takes you up that mountain side all the way up there's a park that over looks waikiki and diamond head....Awesome winding road too.....Suspension test road if ya know what I mean......
