I still think Foodland has some of the best Poke around. California roll Poke bowl for $4.99? Can't go wrong.

Agreed.
No matter what, though, don't eat Don Quijote poke at 1:00am, even if it's 75% off -- trust me, I know from experience.

I went to foodland but didn't get the poke. I would usually just walk to the Don in the morning just before noon.

I used to hang out at Don Quijote at 1 or 2 at night if I couldn't sleep; it was just me, the Japanese tourists with jacked-up circadian rhythms from the time zone difference, and ice heads.

You're very welcome, dude! Glad to hear you're happy over there; live it up for me until I can make it back, too, 'k?

Don Quijote and the Walmart on Ke'eaumoku are open 24/7 -- great for the 4am afterparty after last call!
I've done the Zippy's on King at 2am too haha! Nothing like a Portuguese sausage sandwich and a napple to soak up all the junk booze swimming in yer bellay haha!

I love portuguese sausage sandwiches. Eat at least 4 of those before you leave.

I was just playing bud. I'm married with 1.5 kids so I wish I could hang out at 1 or 2 AM. But if I could, I wouldn't eat 75% off poke from DQ at 1AM even though I'm the biggest jew I just would never take chances with raw fish but hindsights always 20/20, plus if I was drunk, I prolly woulda jumped all over it. While we're on the subject, I think Costco surprisingly has some good poke but I'm just a noob.

Got recon next Wed btw, wish me luck! Like the matching SUP board?:
