F*cking cocksucking a$$holes!!!
I fly out on the 27th, who the **** is going to recieve my package? When the hell am I going to get a chance to install it? I hate shipping companies. I have duty tomorrow. If I didn't I'd be at their office killing people

F*CK UPS.
If you work for them, F*CK YOU. I hope all you shipping company ****** die a slow, painful death. Preferably something that causes a slow blistering rotting decay of your flesh and feels like 2nd degree burns on your *********.

UPS sucks!

They dropped my $6,000 motor and didn't cover it although I had insurance for it.

They said it was "improperly packaged". I told them to look at the pic of the damaged good. They said: "Oh..... Ok, let us see it. We'll get back to you..."

They called me back in a week and still said they are not covering it.

I asked, what happened to the package. They said: "Looks like it was dropped..."

I said: "No ****! The whole side of the box is smashed with the block pocking through it..."

Then I said, that I thought, that damage like that could have only be caused by them dropping the package of the dock or something. They agreed.

Then I said that it wouldn't have mattered if the block was in a wooden box. It would have still gotten damaged.

They argeed.

I said WTH? So why you are you giving me the "improper packaging" bs.

Then didn't say anything but still refused to cover it.

F! UPS!

Dom: I know how you feel about this whole thing. Fed Ex is just as worse though.

Alex: Why would they even allow you to pick up insurance for it if they won't cover it anyway? Sounds like they're trying to get away with their f-up. If they didn't have drop it, the block should be fine, even with it being "improperly packaged. They sold you the insurance, now they're not giving you what they promised. Thats just as bad as a store selling you something and never even give it to you.

I know.
They pulled almost the same thing.
The package from Kartboy sat in their wharehouse here in hawaii for three days before they decided to deliver it.

Bastages.

I called up UPS last night. Told them the situation. Told them they screwed it up. They agreed.
Told them I needed it Ta- NOW because I'm flying out. They didn't care.
Told them I didn't get the service I paid for, they agreed.
Said I wanted compensation for it...

They said I'm screwed.
