So I checked out exhaust systems Hawaii and I already have all the cattlic converters removed. I want a deeper growl, running a HKS hi power exhaust ATM. The tech there told me if I swapped it out to a N1 it would probably sound the same. Besides unequal length headers what's your guys input on a louder deeper growl?

I see you are new to the Subie world. With your car acting up the way it is I suggest you put everything stock back on it until you can afford the proper tuning. Because running it untuned with the slightest after market parts is no good for the motor. Since you cant afford a tune, you sure as hell wont be able to afford a new motor. So take the advice, you will be glad you did.
