Trying to Clarify HID bulb rate on STi

I was browsing around ebay and found a pair of STi headlights with bulbs and ballast. Thing is that I thought the STi headlights HID bulbs were 5100k or 6000k. But this link says 4000k. SO IM TRYING TO CLARIFY WHETHER THE STi CAME OFF THE FACTORY LINE WITH 4000J BULBS?

all stock hids come with 4300k, even the sti, but thats acording to us spec. if thats "true" jdm it could be different, and blinding to other drivers.
