Track Day, Febuary 6th

Was wondering what safety gear, if any, is required for the track day on Sunday... also, what is the cost? What time should I show up? I attend the HRRA bike days sometimes, haven't attended one of the auto ones yet...

Shoes, Pants, Shirt and Underwear.

SCCA approved helmet (if you don't have one you can borrow one from the SOLO II people)

I think it's $25.

I'm there.. my full face motorcycle helmet I use for track days on the bike work? HJC model..

i think the helmet has to be a minimum of snell 97 rated.

they always require long pants. superlap and regular track does anyway. i'd bring pants just to be safe.

Wear some kind of pants unless you're gonna sport a thong for the weight reduction.

SOLO II EVENTS YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING ANY PANTS...

Also on the last track events held by Farid you did NOT need long pants...

The upcoming track event that NATE posted about is the first time that I would have to wear long pants to a track even in the day time (besides drag racing of course)
