Great to see everyone continue w/ SCCA. Dan, thanks a bunch for letting me run your EVO. That car is AWESOME! Just need some V700's.

Keirrna, I heard you were sick. What a bummer. Hope all is better.

Tim, the day went by fast. The track was fast and only 60 something racers. We actually were in fun runs before 3pm.

Everyone did really well. As long as there's time improvement, it's all good. I gotta give Props to Barry. Damn, he was in his 240 and kicked ***.

Note that next month will be $10 modified fun runs in the afternoon. Much cheaper and no pressure. I'll be out there w/ my MR2 to see how it runs.

hey, that was mini-t's 240 (plug for her car. see classifieds) nah, i found out that my tire guage reads 7psi lower than actual. my only 2 fun runs were 62 and then 61 with no new changes. thanks for the pen larry. i needed to write the slalom directions down badly.

someone please buy it so i stop racing it. it is addictive. a totally different drive from the sti.

i wanna drive evo with stock tires!!!

joey had fun slippin and sliding with his new cusco stiff stuff. ...oh yeah and his super squeaker BOV.

Barry, thanks for the update. You should keep the 240. It has ton's of potential. Wish I could buy it, but waiting for our TYPE R from LV. As far as driving the EVO, it's a fun car. Thanks again Dan. I actually would like a faster rack than the EVO. It feels solid. A little quicker, but not a lot. It was really easy to get used. I ran it once and didn't push it really hard since, 1) It wasn't my car and 2) it had street rubber. I ran a 66.7XX off the one run. No bad I suppose considering I really wasn't use to it and did'nt push it to the limit. Certainly a car with ton's of potental. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of torque compared to the STI. However, it spooled up quick, even after breaking late and hard and staying in 2nd. Once Dan get's some race rubber and really learns the limits of his KILLER EVO, he will definitely be a contender in SM.
