Tirerack should have recommended, certified shops to ship to. I know in the past I have sent them to island brake and alignment in Aiea/Waimalu.
Depending on where you live, there should be a firestone near you. The one by my house is who I use, but that's b/c my cousin mounts them, and he's ASE certified, as are many firestone employees.
Try ordering from firestone the tire you want, they can get anything on tirerack, and if you order from them, mounting and balancing costs less.

i know that there's a goodyear in windward side that tire rack deals with. they're really nice guys, and do good work. took my old sti down there when i had to get a flat tire replaced. brodie's and firestone in aiea both scratched up the inside of my rim trying to get the tire off. dudes at goodyear let me hang out and watch them do work, and it was flawless. they even let me wash off the dirt & brake dust on all 4 of my rims with their hose.
