Thinking of something new.....

Odds are, once I get my car back on the road, I'll quickly forget any thought of selling her....but it's kind of fun to 'window shop' other options. I guess I can blame Mach5 and Vrod and their recent Evolution purchases for planting the virus in my head.

E36 M3
'03 Evo
350z

What else?

whew! '01 z06's seem to be ~27-30k.

I'd die, literally, if I had an s2k.

C6....yeah, right. They told me they don't accept ********* as down payment anymore.

I'd love to drive an e46! I should've meekly asked you for a ride in your e36 (that's what you had/have, right?)

I drove a g35. I really like it, but it just didn't flick my switch.

I really need to try an Evo out.

Around here, seeing STi's or Evo's is a rarity.

i woulda given you a ride in the m3 pat...and even though you may not be able to afford the cars, just go and test drive them anyway...very few dealerships will actually do a credit check before letting you go for a test drive...i always offered the dealer to do one, but no one ever took me up on my offer...and i got to drive a whole lotta stuff...funnest so far was the new e55, m5 and c5 z06...

oh, btw, the new 3 series also drifts pretty nicely ...

The EVO takes mods really well and the mods cost less on average.

I oughta go test drive more. If at least for the ability to better discern between cars. What's the harm in taking a C6 or a CTS-v (one of my favorites, but again, out of my league) for a spin?

Not sure yet...but check this out....

390hp EVO kit = $2295 http://www.vishnutuning.com/evo_Stage1_v390.htm

400HP STi kit = $4090 http://www.vishnutuning.com/impreza_sti_stage2_v400.htm

Just makes you think a little.

Shoot for around $100 more I can get a test pipe and make my dream of 400HP @ the flywheel!

a sedan would be more practical since you have a family. i doubt a two seater would go over well with your wife.

seriously pat, i think an evo would fit perfectly for what you want. go test drive one.

another option, but expensive, would be a cts-v.

2006 STi - i seen it. i like it. the underbody impressed me. my opinions have drastically changed on the appearance.

i'm hoping the rumors are true in regards to the H.P. being underated.....
