is there a scan in hawaii to check...
a cars stuctural damage? or a x ray of some short to check the frame of the body to see if its bent?
if so how much would this cost?

Most good body shops have laser frame leveling machines. I don't know how much they'd charge for a check though... It might be covered by insurance...
