I have the feeling the answer is going to be no, before I take it in to someone. But just wanted to ask if you can pull a code off a JDM ecu with the OBDII scan tool?

Wanted to ask before I went out and got one.

 

If you live in Santa Rosa, just stop by FLI, they'll tell you what the code is for free if they have a minute.

K thanks. From my research before hand. I know "JDM Ecu" come OBDII ready, but not compliant. So wanted to see if someone had some more info on that. I may bring it in to FLI

Yeah I don't know. Some people say yes, others say no. So how do you read a CEL then on JDM Ecu's!
