Yes....The accident happen only 15 secs after I entered the H3, aiea side, kaneohe bound...Some of the witness chased him all the way to K-bay exit, taking down his plates and forcing him to return. He may be charged with "failure to render aid".....

it was like a nascar bump and pass move. he just bumped dave enough to cause his rear's to break free. the guy had no real control over his new civic si. it was a blk one also. and then the guy left the scene and when they cought him they brought him back.
