you still have the service manual on CD? I'd like to pick up a copy. Also, know what size the stock oil pressure sender unit is? Need to hook up my oil pressure and EGT gauge. Thanks.

There is a fitting under your OE IC on the block for an oil pressure gauge. You can pick up a fitting from subaru. What you want is the same fitting used on the factory oil pressure sensor... I used to have the part number but lost it. Perhaps Wes can post it as I bought one for him too and it's still in the bag I think...


As for the manual, I got one for ya... I'll bring it to the auto-x tomorrow. You gonna come? I also got a few extra for jayson, and I think Pat?

 

Whoops come to think of it, the subaru fitting is for a 1/8" BSPT sender... My greddy is like that, and I would assume most other japanese gauges. If you have autometer... You may be SOL.

The plug cost me some $10 from subaru, I didn't order the washer although I may get one now that I have the part number

Again this is for a 1/8" BSPT thread which my Greddy's are. Autometer is a 1/8" NPT, so this will not work.

 

I have Apexi gauges, so I'll have to check. I'm still cutting/sanding my bumper to fit over my FMIC, so I'll have to meet you another time.

 

Made 2 copies of the CD already (For Pat and Jayson). I can make another if need be...

Thats the volume I dont have. It's a 8 book set and I only have 7 books on CD. I dont have any 2.5L info, but the body panels would still apply for a new age model.
