Sway Bar and End Links

Question Sway Bar and End Links

Aloha Ladies and Gents......so i got my 04 sti, its coming along in the shop...they are about to install the tein flex suspension, however they say i need to get new sway bar and end links. I dont know to much about suspension stuff, so any advice would be helpful......where to go to get them, websites please!!!!

if they are broken you NEED new ones but if they aren't broke you don't NEED them. They are helpful when taking turns. I have a 27mm Front Swaybar and a 24mm Rear.
My car turns like a Go-Kart I love it!

you don't need them per se. it would definetely help out. to me it sounds like they are trying to squeeze you for some extra parts and labor costs. I would go to another shop and get a second opinion or have a member here take a look.

Perrin is good dude. Im running 22mm front 25mm rear w/ end links and it holds around turns good. Of course you should stiff up the coils a bit but that's up to you!

I ran without sways for a while. You definitely don't NEED them. But they really help when cornering
