It has been brought to our attention that a small group of people have been filing complaints, trying to stop development and events at Kalaeloa. JR, owner of the property, will be at the Kapolei City Council meeting tonight to defend ongoing development. We would like to show support in his cause by attending this meeting tonight at the Kapolei High School cafeteria at 7pm. If you would like to ensure continued development of the new raceway please join us. Please be mature and respectful if you attend and as always, drive safe.

I'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone that showed up tonight...even though it didn't go down, the fact that you showed up really showed alot of support and dedication and I'm sure the developer really appreciate it.

I'm sure most of you saw just how crazy it can get...well, that's what happened to us for the past year...it was nice to see that it didn't explode again...but there's always next month's meeting. DOh!

Yup I really want to thank everyone who took the time to come out on such short notice.
I know we did not get to say anything when it was briefly brought up but I know they saw us there and our names were in attendance, I think the fact that 10 people from the two forums that it was posted on showed up and sat there from 7-10 said a lot.

That was an interesting 3 hour show, hope you at least got a few laughs.

nothing really happend with KRP it was like this "so what about krp?......they going to hold a rally event soon......." that was it and none of it was from us talking or anything it was funny stuff.

but as for the rest of the meetting.... now that was classic/awesome!!! popcorn worthy.

 

Yeah Shaggy, They did not even seem concerned or bring up anything specific.
Maybe things are changing. I hope so.

 

The longer I was there the stpider they sounded asking questions that had nothing to do with the subject being discussed. Oh well...
