Subie, Toy and Chevy

I've updated my vehicles lately. I paid off my 2002 WRX (34K) and bought an 07 Toyota Tundra 4X4 (5.7 V-8) and an auto trailer to haul the WRX to California. I thought I'd trade the Tundra in on a Vette, but they were screwing me on the trade, so I just bought the Vette anyway (new 2007, C6 6 speed, black on black). $38995. I bought it the afternoon before the GM strike ended. I've come to the conclusion that I can't drive three vehicles at the same time. Honestly, each is a totally different animal and I like them all. I might have to get rid of one to afford the C6 twin turbo kit. I've only been in California for two months, but the Beach Boys were right, I wish they all could be California girls. I've retired from the Air Force if it wasn't already obvious.

Howzit San!

Where's the pics?

It was great to hear from you. Ed expressed his jealousy when I mentioned your Vette. Nah, he was j/k, but he is happy to hear that you're doing well.

Well, I'd personally sell the Vette, but since the point of selling something seems to be to raise funds for a turbo kit for the aforementioned Chebby, obviously the WRX would have to go. They have tracks in Cali and you should never be without a truck to haul a dinged track car home. Still, I'd keep the WRX and let the Chev go.

I guess I should check the forums more often. The Vette is a keeper. I like/love the Suby, but it will go before the Vette. The truck is nice as well. It makes as much power and more torque than the Vette. It also seats five adults. I have a friend that may buy the Subaru. I'd rather sell it to someone who appreciates it. Honestly, I'll keep the Subie if the price isn't right. It gets good mileage and even at 22+ lbs of boost on **** 91 octane is a very entertaining ride. I can keep all three vehicles at this point. Life after the Air Force is good.

Nice choice in cars San!, I bet though that more than half of these peeps don't know who the hell you are and far less have got to ride in or drive a Vette.
I miss mine every day
