subbie tattoos- flat tummy!!!
Summer arriving here soon... trying to keep my tummy flat with lots of running
& bike riding. Have another half marathon next weekend did one 2 weeks ago.
At the end of November I have a 160 km bike ride, haven't ride since I was a
kid!!! But have been putting in the milage.
Birthday coming up in December so hopefully get my Samoan arm band finished..
see what the wife says!!!!!
