there is no cat in the uppipe, but you definitely want a turbo back exhaust.

My offer of letting an STi owner try out the BPM on their car still stands. You just have to let me drive it

I wanted to go with the TurboXS stealth setup and keep the stock STi muffler...so it wont look any different....any downside to this?

I just passed a white STI with a Tanabe Super Racing Medallion installed. I'm going to go out on a limb and say a WRX exhaust will fit. Remember the Red and Yellow EVO VIII have already started modding. All the STI's are still more or less stock. C'mon guys you need to represent.

yes, the stock muffler is much more restrictive than most aftermarket exhausts. I remember reading someone just replacing the muffler on an sti and gaining 'quite a bit' of hp, ... of course they only did that for second until they swaped in the turbo back.

Damn, I wish I lived two blocks away.

Well, maybe on second thought, I'd probably be a lot poorer if I did.

Nah, I'd rather live 2 blocks away.

PLEASE DO! I really am curious what they are "planning" even so I can atleast get an idea what I am going to do. If they arent going to have something coming out in the next couple months I will most likely go ahead and just order the turboback atleast.

THanks!

That's Dan's job when he get's back. Beside I haven't seen an EVO VIII come out for AutoX yet. It will be really sad if they don't show up to a track day.
