Omori has a multi colored guages, red, blue.. etc

Here's a link to the Japan page where they show it.

http://www.omorimeter.co.jp/colored.html

or there is this other site, its based in Malaysia
http://www.omorimeter.com/multicolor_gauge.htm

I am not sure if there is a US version of the meters.
Hope this helps

I think Defi has some gauges that are black and red. It's been a while since I've looked at the site but I think they do a full sweep when you turn the ignition on also.

I think Omori has a close match with red numbers and needle, but I'm leaning more toward Defi gauges on the center dash (where the clock is). Either way I'll keep an ear out for a group buy.

If DEFI has em I will definitely go that route, but I couldnt find the US units of measure and Im neurotic about that... I might have to just get over it...

I have the Omoris in my RS...I could care less about the metric measurements...just gotta do a little calculations before hand...but other than that, they match pretty good.

Yeah, I hear it. Not like you are looking at it as you run down the track anyways. Gonna have to order em. Any pics of your setup? Using Defi pod?

I have the Omoris...using the stock Subaru Gauge housing. I have to see if I have any pics...

It's too bad the Defi BlackFire gauges don't have red numbering. That would make them the perfect STi aftermarket gauges.

Hmm, yeah, might wait a little and see if anyone brings out some gauges that match exactly. Omori said they didnt have any plans at this time...

Hopefully Defi will change the backlighting from white to red...then they would be perfect.
