keep in mind that on the back of every ticket the cop writes a detailed report(if he's smart) so the courts are clear on all the circumstances.... because the officers are sworn in(meaning they will tell the truth!) of course they will side with him. as long as the report is justified-
the only positive things going for you are humbleness, appearance, attitude... and if its your 1st offense... my dads very good friend has been a judge for 20 years and she says that to this day- appearance and attitude do make a little difference when the judge asks you certain questions(if they ask you) "is there anything you'd like to say to the court?"
just make sure when you tell your story that you don't throw up the b.s. flag
i am in your situation on a daily basis...(seems like the same civics, maximas...) and i force myself to drive speed limit no matter what....(in one instance i got out of my car at a stoplight...but thats a different story) sometimes the cro-magnon in me jumps out and tries to take over-
it's all a matter of self control i guess.

ya this will be my first offense when convicted...well there's nothing on the back of the ticket...it just says speeding..90 in a 55...the cop said he caught me on radar but i know they dont have to show me it..n e ways is he suppose to put that on the ticket ?..well ya imma be humble and just say my side when or if the judge ask...if he doesnt i'll just suck it up and take whatever he gives me....if this goes bad then i'm thinkin about getting rid of the suby and getting a mini van...nah nah
ray nah man dont worry about that..i like the ap..had it on for 2 days and honestly when i did speed up to aviod getting hit i felt the power..lol..well court aint till next month..so at least i'll have time to save money for the phat fine...hopefully i' wont get tossed in jail...ahh

sorry to hear that...yeah i just got a speeding ticket couple months ago.
mine was 71mph in a 55mph zone, the ticket was like $149 i think...
it's first offense, so the judge might reduce fine a lttle.

2- they write it on the courts copy of the ticket, not yours.

speeding tickets
damn nevin i jus got one last nite..actually 4 tickets... one was no license plate in the front, the second was exhaust was to loud. third, they said my radio was to loud wen it was my friend Bj sounds that was poundin. and the last one was for exhibition of speed/ wreckless drivin.. n i think thats screwed for wreckless drivin..wen i was jus drivin normal at 35mph..n i was on second gear...idk.... hows the wreckless drivin?? do i go to prison??...hmm...

i'd say 2 out of the 4 tickets you got-- could have been given out objectively... the other 2 have room for some subjectiveness and possibly make room for human error- good luck in court.
