It's all paved. Some places are rougher than others. Our club has laid down a lot of sealer on the corners, so those areas are nice. It's just dusty. The pit area has a lot of gravel, but we only stage in that area.
The surface is okay (definitely better than the end of the dragstrip), but it could use some new sealer or better yet...repaving.
Until then, I consider tires a "consumable item" much like gas.

Sweet Ed!!!! Sorry I couldn't make it down, had to work and my wifey wasn't feel well during the weekend. When is the next one gonna be? You said that there will be 2 event this month, right.

This month (March) we have 2 events.
The 2005 championship run-offs on Sat., March 25, 2005 and Event/Race #3 the next day on Sunday, March 26, 2006. Event #3 is open to all drivers, while the run-offs are invitation only. However, spectators are welcome to watch.
