Take your car to the Subaru Service/Parts center which is really close to Vakamon.

They're the nicest guys and once searched for an hour in their parts warehouse for a gasket for me

yeah, i was pretty sure you had to be the original owner. you might want to talk to new city and see what they say or what they can do for you.

This may sound stupid (and make me look stupid), but have they checked the rear swaybar? I put my stock one back on (when I was getting ready to sell it) and I was going to get the car aligned. The shop told me they couldn't align it, but nothing was wrong with my car's suspension. I took it to Vakamon and Ryan and I looked at it...It turns out I put the rear swaybar in the wrong orientation. It made my car sit very similarly to yours. I may be wrong, but that could be it.

I seen a car sit like yours and it was caused by a bent sway bar link, the Suby links are trash..

yup, the sway bar might be in the wrong direction (endlinks might be bent). It happened to me before and the car look funny/ uneven. if the endlinks are not bent, you can still jack up the car and have the sway bar come back to right direction...
