Yup that skyline is legit! The owner is in the military and he has it registered in Washington D.C. and the Dominican Republic. Cool guy! It's pretty much stock except for the rims and I think it's dropped also. Rollin on bronze TE37's....

Company is called MotoRex.

This company brings them in and they do the emissions stuff and crash testing. They are fully legal. Just really really spendy

yeah i research this company awhile back....they will find any skyline you want in japan you pay the sticker price of the car then you pay that company to bring it to the us and pay them another 20g's or so to make it legal in the us. this whole process can take like 6 months to almost a year and then on top of that after they have removed all the goodies from the car you are going to want to put those back which will run you even more money. so unless you got deep pockets be ready to spend a grip.

might be cheaper to take driving classes and mod the car, so you can run away when cops try to pull you over.

there was another company i remember seeing a while back, i reallly can't remember what their name was though.

i think it was www.rbmotoring.com

correct me if im wrong, but i heard that if you bring a skyline to the US....i heard that it has to be US specs, meaning that the horsepower would have to be cut down into certain horse power...

oh yeah btw i saw this one at Waikele few weeks ago..i had to look twice.....

Yep. A friend of mine used to work with RBMotoring in CA. They (like MotoRex) import USED Skylines, basically take all aftermarket mods off, change the glass, reinforce the doors (beams and stuff), and basically sell starting w/stock Skylines. Aftermarket mods come at extra expense.
