these fliers will be handed out in the weekly meets, and will be distributed to several selected tuner shops around the island. if anyone wants to volunteer for this position, it's wide open. Walter and I will be meeting with the AUW rep on Tuesday and hopefully be at Servco tomorrow to talk to their marketing peeps...just some updates on my end...

hey jon,
walter is still working on the route, but most probably will be similar from last years. we will have the fliers hopefully by friday, but not sure about the banner(s). we are still working with the AUW and Servco about the logistics. also, great suggestion about the pre-roll out meeting, we will do this for sure. updates will be posted regularly.
as you guys can see, we will be needing some more volunteers to help us with the legwork. if you are interested, pls call/pm me or walter.

Walter, as for the route just try to avoid spots that other clubs will be in....don't want any dramas.....

 

A few tweaks, any last adjustments? I think its better to use a flash drive instead of printing it out on paper. Loss of image quality das y.

 

umm.. i think that you should change the title. This is not OUR annual cruise though we do this every year. It think you should call it the 2007 HIIC AUW Charity Event. Maybe the S204 shouldn't be there but rather a subaru symbol or something else to signify a local chapter

ok, just talked to shaggy last night and he confirmed that Servco will be giving out some prizes...hint: spt...anyways, the only way you will find this out is if you attend the cruise of course...they are also offering their lot as one of our stops, so Walter is looking into this also. the route will be posted hopefully by today...
