I know this was brought up before, but I have a question about routine servicing at Schuman Waipahu. Are they still cool about servicing modded wrxs? Or are they going to look at my mods, and tell me later that my warranty is invalid? I'm not trying to get any work done under warranty, it's just a 15k check-up. But I don't want to give them any money for that particular service, if they're going to tell me that my warranty is no good for any future work. I may as well take my money elsewhere to get it serviced. I was recently told by my salesman that if I install an aftermarket boost gauge, my warranty will be void. WTF?
Also, the way I understand it, I have the option to take it to any certified mechanic and have them do the 15k checkup, right?

 

If you're worried about mod. visibility at the dealer - you should get the servicing done at an outside shop and save the receipts...
