sorry too lazy to read everything... but my cousin is looking to buy a brand new subaru this week and she can't find anyone that will bring one in.... is this true?

 

I don't think there are any '07 models in the state for sale, but I'll check tomorrow with our inventory people and let you know. I do know there are some '06 (new) models that will be for sale towards the end of this week.
I'll get back to you tomorrow.
What color is she looking for? Of course I don't even know what colors are available, but I'll ask at the same time.

For service, they will officially take appointments as of 3/26/07.
However, if your Subie has drivability problems that deems your car unsafe, please call them ASAP and they will accomodate you.

UneducatedmeWRX - I was not able to find out about what colors are available, but if your cousin gives Sales a call, I'm sure they will be able to answer her questions.

I was just wondering if Servco honors importing SPT optional dealership products?? And if they will treat it like how Subaru dealerships treat them like OEM optional parts?? Sorry it just dawned on me..

I'm not familiar enough with what Subaru did/didn't do to answer this question. I would think it would depend on the relationship between Servco and Subaru Performance Tuning. If SPT will warranty the parts/installation it may be possible!
I would think this would be similar to TRD or would that be STi?
However, I'm not sure. Maybe kemis350 could answer this question better.

STi is generally regarded as parts for the JDM market for WRX's or STi's from Subaru Technica International. SPT is the US version of this, but the parts are pretty limited to what they have to offer. In the past with Schuman (when they had the distributorship), we could get STi parts ordered from Japan if we had the part #. Hopefully, Servco will be able to offer the same thing.

Generally, on the mainland, there are certain vendors and dealerships which have this connection (direct distruibutorship from Japan) which allows them to get STi parts in their inventory. Here, it was different. I hope this makes sense and helps.
