I have...in my old STI and my son's Forester XT...ran it for about a week, then changed out my oil/filter like normal the following weekend...
I also put a can in the tank...just trying to clean gunk out...I did not experience any noticeable change...
oh...I did put a can in a tank for a Toyota Echo experiencing hesitation and pressure leak through the injectors...that worked great. It cleaned out the injectors and no more pressure leak after...

I did in a few of my old cars; a couple 240s, prelude, celica. I put half the bottle into the crank case, and other half in the brake booster vacuum. I just revved it until it stopped smoking, then changed the oil.
