Come out, tons of fun. Instructors are always available to show you the ropes. If you're new, head out for the (RK) Rookie class.

Oh I will be there! Just not racing this time, just tailgating and watching. I have all-season tires on at the moment and I'd prefer to race after I've snapped up a set of RT-615Ks.

were you able to make it? i was in an orange miata in pax class.
there's one more regular season event, participate in that one! i'm one of the rookie instructors, so i can jump in with you and help if needed.

Plans changed at the last minute, but I'll go next time for sure! Just not sure if I'll watch or race because I still have all seasons on.

I'd say try it, regardless of what tires are on it. You might really enjoy it, it's fun to slide around on all seasons! As long as you can improve from your first run to your fourth run, you know you're doing better.

Gotta agree with Cory. Just come out ! I was running a POS Sentra for a few races. You will never know if you don't try. Been at the top, and the bottom of the results ! It's all about car control,regardless of tires. Come out and race if you like it, you've got 3 months to mod your car to be "better", start with the "nut" behind the wheel though, that's the best place to start.
