on the top of the bov you will see a 10mm nut loosen that then get an alan wrench and unscrew it. then tighten down the 10mm nut again. Done |

I've had this BOV for at lesat 2 years or longer that I've had my car. I have never found it to leak boost. Do you have the kit for the WRX or do you have the universal kit? If you have the universal kit then you ARE missing out. The kit for the WRX/STI has an elbow that connects to the bottom of the intercooler (replaces stock piece)

I haven't found if you loosen it to much that it doesn't hold boost. It just becomes easier to make noise. I think that most I've adjusted it is about 5 threads sticking out.

Honestly bluerolla, you should read your instructions and or research a product before installing it and before purchasing it so that you know how a product works. nothing gets me more than someone that purchases something and doesn't read the directions to learn about the product he/she has.

I purchased mine a long time ago directly from japan. I beleive that for a while I was the only one on the island that had this BOV until they became mainstream. Most questions can be answered by reading the instructions that came with the product or at least looking at the pictures.

hope this helps

STiAlain: Why would it matter if you have an 06 or not? If I'm not mistaken you still have an intercooler right? you still have an area for a universal flange that yo ucan purchase for it you also have a Y pipe on your intercooler.

remember guys don't just buy a BOV just cause it sounds cool. there are purposes for BOV's
