For the most part it is soft. Ideally you want to get those tires spinning and stay "on top" of the sand.
Even with the loose sand, we are hitting 50+ Mphs at the traps (not speedo). Usually is just a full launch off of about 4000 rpm -ish, then a power shift to 2nd and hopefully you can hold that to the traps. Run is about 5-6 seconds (bracket 2). It's not a 1/4 mile but still a fun. IIRC two yellows then a green.

You know I got you covered bro. Just meet me at the track and you can change them there.
FYI, for anyone else, no need special tires as I'm pretty sure they are running brackets this event so you will have to dial in. Most important is to be consistent and don't miss shift.

Sounds like we have a bunch. I'll try to remember to pack the tent if it fits with the spares for Jared. Bring chairs. FYI, only racers allowed in pits so if you not racing, just look for us in the pits. I may be able to bring someone in as a "pit" crew. Not sure. Best to just race and then come in the pits!

No problem. Lots of jeeps run. I think you just need a belt and helmet and you good. Oh and I forgot to mention, they use to require long pants, long sleeves, and closed toe shoes.
Brackets are based on time so you could be running next to almost anything.
