safety check?

safety check?

hey guys was just wondering where i could get a safety check at? i did change my suspension on the car. which i know is not accepted. but if you guys know of anyone who could do it for me. please lmk. thankss

You could always get recon. Then you won't have to worry about safety checks and it's only $15.

Well

faawwkk recon. Only enforced on this island (that I know of). Subject to interpretation. No set standards. I understand taking care of the tourists, but downtown Oahu and regular Oahu have different standards. I can drive on Oahu, but if I venture to Wakiki, I'm in trouble. It kills me that the police don't need recon, no matter what their mods are.
