Horrible!!! I hate California! F'in state wants me to pay $1100+ dollars in "USE" tax to register my car in CA. Just because it is less than a year old... F' this state! I want to come back to hawaii! When i asked why i have to pay this tax as a NON-resident they couldnt give a valid reason other than "Because we can". So i replied "So you CAN also kiss my ***" then i walked out of the DMV. F' this state....

PS Im gonna register in Alabama. All i have to do is show a valid AL address, mail in 2 forms and send $23 dollars. So easy!
