Mazdaspeed RX8 is listed as 32k. The standard RX8 starts around 27 I believe. The only reason I would be hesitant to buy one is that of the engine. Not many people specialize on the rotary.

It will be NA and will produce about 240hp, from what I hear...but thats not bad considering its only 0.67L from a rotary. Just wait until you slap turbos on them.
My biggest fascination of it will be the wheels. I really dig those wheels...someone needs to make(ROTA PLZ!) them with polished lip. It will be woo woo!

Just built an RX8 on their site and loaded with 6-speed, leather and all it came to $31,100. Cant believe the Mazdaspeed would only be a grand more. Gotta be closer to $35k I would think. I would take the STi for a couple grand more ANY day...

I like the Mazdaspeed RX8 myself. IT IS 300lbs lighter than the 350z my other favorite. The only other car I would pick over any of the cars would be the original 22b. That's the only subaru for me.
