Rim painting

Does anyone know of good places on island that paint rims for a reasonable price? I would do powder coating but I heard that with powder coating they do the whole entire rim one color and I don't want that. I am trying to go with a rim that has a negative offset with a teal lip and black inside.

My neighbor does Plastidip. heres his site, my 92 lego is on there, and my 07 outback Instagram photos for tag #diphawaii | Statigram its alot cheaper then powder coating and you can change it when ever. And it holds up. if your interested pm me.
