Pat,
I hadn't! Wow! Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

(and that would be: Who needs a tranny where all the gears work anyway?)

Now I have to spend $79 on a UTEC remote switch...

I think that cash is going towards my new turbo fund - but I'm all for seeing you get your switch modified and get this on the road!

It should be WONDERFULLY VIOLENT when used down the 1/4 mile!

It's going to sound FANTASTIC.

Have you ever heard launch control/flat shift on a DSM? Think WRC car...

I bought mine a couple months ago just before they raised the price.

Are you sure it's the latest revision which is wired to take advantage of the clutch switch for launch control? If so - this could be fun!

Just remember before updating your firmware that all maps will be lost... If you've got a custom one make sure to save it to the 'puter before doing the flash!

Yeah its the lastest revision I had to wait a while for it cause they were in the process of changing them. If you or Pat want to use to try it out just let me know. I dont really have time to do it right now. I am a full time dad and my kids take up all of my time.

You shouldn't tempt me like that!

My clutch is on it's way out though. I don't think it would take kindly to launch control abuse...

Pat on the other hand is going to have a new clutch very soon.

I don't have the switch and this weekend is my last day of dragracing.

I'd be more than happy to be in Kirby's pitcrew, though.

I will take it out so you can use it. I dont know if I will make it out there or not. I dont even know if I would have the time to hook up the rest of the wires
